Okay now I'm up to 50 in one sitting, the last few posts pushed me
hit that hoe multiple times a day with proper form, you'll be up to 200-300 a day in a couple weeks as long as you make a routine out of itBeen doin this somewhat consistently for a couple months now. Up to 40 a set. I find myself getting into a mode where I'll just sporadically 20 here, 25 there all throughout the day after Ive hit my initial sets. That shyt got a nikka lil bird chest poppin out somethin decent.
