I had the same problem a couple of years ago I started doing full body workouts with my cousin at the gym and lost the belly fat really fast I was on a hardcore diet too
What type of work outs? Thanks for the info.

I need to do this. There's not enough volume for chest in my routine. Matter fact I'ma do them weighted

I've been cranking over 210 pushups with the +1 method
start with 1 pushup and keep adding 1 for the next set up to twenty.
So the last set you'll do 20 pushups, previous 19, 18 etc etc
My chest feels tighter than ever, definitely seeing some gains
