I couldn't do my 100 for the past 2 days because I pulled a muscle in my hamstring on Sunday going down stairs (not lying, had to go to urgent care clinic to get evaluated) So I can't even do a plank properly yet.
Dr. said it was only a minor sprain though so I will get started again probably on Friday, sorry guys
As long as it's 100 per day doesn't matter when it's done. Doesn't have to be in a row. I'd say 50 in the morning before breakfast and 50 in the evening before dinner.
