100 ain't hard.. stop using your arms so much and tighten your stomach.. makes it easier ..


Do them in your increments 10 first then 9 8 7 6.. that's 55 before you know it.

I don't think 100 for 100 days is a good thing for your body.. should at least allow 48 hours for recovery..

edit - nevermind I assumed when you guys said 100 you would do them all flat out in one session.. what sort of :flabbynsick: challenge is this needing 24 hours to get 100 push ups in
All in one session isn't particularly difficult either. All in one SET however, is quite a feat.

split the 100 out into sets of 10, 20, or 25. It can all be done in a matter of minutes.
