What established stars/defenders has he scored against?

Markkanen? :mjlol:

Felicio? :mjlol:

Kornet? :mjlol:

He's had one dominate game where he's eaten in the paint, in the preseason, against the worst defensive frontcourt, and you think this disproves what I said, which was centered around how effective he can be (in terms of his ceiling) without a jumpshot?

Two very efficient games, let's just end this because we both have different viewpoints..and yes established because of you are going to judge Zion by a 9 minute summer league game with second tear mitchell robinson then I'm going to do the same with the second year bull players and nba vet Thaddeus young

He's had one very efficient game - again, against the worst defensive frontcourt in the league who were without their defensive anchor, in the preseason.
and yes established because of you are going to judge Zion by a 9 minute summer league game with second tear mitchell robinson
I didn't judge him by that game. My judgement came long before that game even took place. That game was simply a reflection on what I've stated; to then suggest that the Bulls game disproves that, as if the Bulls frontcourt defense is on the same level as the Knicks', is inaccurate, but even if it were, then it'd be back to an argument-value of 0, and therefore, you'd have no logical grounds to say that I was wrong.

It seems you can't differentiate between his lack of dimensions and his athleticism. Saying that he's going to be limited against NBA-size, doesn't mean his game is going to be nullified, because obviously, with someone of his athletic ability, it won't, it just means he's not going to be as effective.

This is basketball 101, which is why I don't even know why there's a discussion over it.
I dont even read that fools replies

I say what I have to say and be done

It's like he's vested in Zion being a bust

Its pathetic
I'm not "vested" in Zion being a bust, not only because I don't think he'll be a bust (his BBIQ and athleticism = bust-proof), but because I'd like every brotha to make the most out of their abilities and time in the league. This is why I take regular breaks from this board, because I'd go insane from all the bullshyt I keep reading and responding to.

watching this i'm surprised how effective he was BELOW the rim
All those scoops and up and unders without really relying on his athleticism
If he can finish in traffic like that it may alleviate some of his Mitchell Robinson problems

agreed

he wasn't relying on his leaping ability at all
