No proof. And you've conceded that she sold most of her copies in 1999.
I’m assuming that. Because I think it’s reasonable based on the chart positions of the album week to week. But I know you consider chart position irrelevant. So I don’t have any actual proof to meet your standard. Do you?

I’m not weighing in on the Juvenile aspect of the debate you and @Wacky D are having.
Clearly you’ve now agree that the Box was different across the country.

And the assumption that you are making isnt. even reasonable. Do you have actual proof that there was some mandatory nationwide playlist that the local Box affiliates had to play? Otherwise, since you are assuming, I will assume it would be more likely that Juvenile would have got more Box AirPlay in ATL than Philly.

It wasn't different across the country. The only difference was the local, obscure artists which was already pointed out.

Why are you weighing in at all? Your post about the playlists would be relevant if Juve was some local, obscure artist, but he wasn't.

The proof that Juve was in fact on playlists across the Country is that I can pull up The Box videos all over YouTube with this song or other Juve songs on the playlists.

And no, this doesn't mean it would've gotten more play in ATL than Philly. You don't even know how The Box worked. This video didn't even come from me.

I didn't assume anything. YOUR OWN LINK CLEARLY STATES:

Each affiliate had a unique playlist, usually customized to the local market, giving great exposure to more local and obscure groups.

This wasn't label panic where they just started throwing records at the wall hoping something stuck. They already had these singles planned and in the pipeline prior to the album dropping.
They had the Hot Boys Remix in the pipeline before the album dropped?

You mean publicly correct?
Would you expect them to express that publicly?

Yes. Timbaland shared public views of what he thought about Tim's Bio and Indecent Proposal which are both Timbaland projects that never went platinum or gold, but Welcome To Our World did.

Well, if chart position is irrelevant, what is the proof as to what she sold in 99?

Because the numbers for it selling the majority of her copies don't add up for her to move most of her units in 2000. Common sense would tell you that.

They had the Hot Boys Remix in the pipeline before the album dropped?

She was interviewed by The Source before the album dropped. She played them two songs ("All N My Grill", "Hot Boyz" and I think "U Can't Resist"). The remix came a little later, after the album. She announced that song at Ginuwine's Platinum party. There's a video of that too.

Just found this, but yeah, she had already reached out to Nas, Eve, and Q Tip for the remix:

"We finished the version with her and I on it alone, but she had already told me who she was reaching out to for the remix. The song—with Nas, Eve, and Q-Tip’s parts added with mine—and the video were done in a week. Missy’s powerful. And when she has a plan, she’s going to do what she says she’s going to do.”--- Lil' Mo

That’s an assumption. Why are you permitted to assume but I’m not in this discussion?

Again, you asked for why I think Elektra didn't go ahead and get the gold certification.

It is not an assumption for a label to hold out for a platinum certification because at that point the gold certification is automatic.

Has nothing to do with whether they looked at the track list before buying the album or not.

It does when you have the choice of spending $17.99 for an album to hear a remix that isn't on said album vs. $2.99 for just that one remix and the B side "U Can't Resist".

Youre assuming that anyone who purchased the album after the remix (1) knew the remix wasn’t on the album (2) reviewed the track list prior to purchase.
