note reads:
You're the ruler of the kingdom/city/town/etc whatever.you're not a big brollic type cat and you know the goons that did that are DEFINITELY about that life. You assume that even if you comply, they're cadaverous
. You figure, they're 9-10 worlds away, and you gotta hire someone to save your wife, son, and the kingdom...
You can hire ONE GUY in the history of videogames...and if he dies, its over. Literally. He has one life and no 1-ups. So if he gets killed its a WRAP. Your wife is dead. Your son is dead. And you know you're next since you sent someone to ride out on them.
One life.
One hero.
Your wife.
Your son.
Who do you choose
Rules for you cheatin fools
.
- No cheat codes or nothing silly like that
- Powerups that exist in that hero's world are acceptable but no cheese like all-time-invulnerability or 'invisibility suits' in MGS
- No magic whistle to get to the final boss
- The hero has to go through the worlds without dying once or its CURTAINS. And you have to trust him or her to get there beat the boss and get your family
- no GODS or anything like that and if so they're as vulnerable as they are in their respective games.
Dante from devil may cry. Its a wrap.

He has extra-human abilities but it's mostly his "luck" and heart that gets him through....
