Goofy nikka typed up a Bible of babble just to get left on unreadIm trying to be respectful but you type like you wear a crop top and pink light-up sketchers. To the point:
-I never defended Carville. Stick to the point and quit inferring. In the case of the strategy he is talking about. He is correct in that Democrats should not be like cats chasing laser pointers trying to constantly play defense on Trump. It unfortunately conditions people to tune out. People tuning out as part of why Trump won. It’s even worse with Democrats who tried to meet in the middle and completely make it look like the people who said Trump was a threat was either lying or have given up.
-the article you posted was the definition of economic anxiety. Post Covid we had a K shaped recovery. Those who are doing well before Covid we’re doing even better after and those we’re doing poorly. We’re doing even more so. Unfortunately, the systemic changes that Biden was touting are slow and are harder to defend for people who need solutions now. The chips act would be a gigantic boon for stateside semiconductor manufacturing. In my state, we have data centers opening up that will provide many jobs and helps solidify infrastructure for data storage and processing capability for LLM’s. For regular people, they are not trying to hear that because they have pressing concerns like the price of groceries. We had the best post Covid recovery on earth. Unfortunately, people felt differently from how things were actually going. It’s like how the price of eggs would have made Someone vote for Trump Even though the reason they are expensive is more complicated than “the president sucks“. Telling people things would get batter in the near future was not enough, even if it was absolutely true. Unfortunately, that message has to proliferate through the right media and influencers. Otherwise, the people who might care really don’t know. Democrats have a weak media infrastructure which has been an issue for decades now. I literally illustrated they’re being a disconnect with Democrats not being in the right places. That is covered by the Oprah 2.6 million views for Kamala versus Trump‘s 56 million views with Joe Rogan.
-We both agree that nobody wants to hear that the party is weak. Where we seem to differ is recognizing that one party literally does not have the ability within the system to stop what is happening. As for the white people vote, you can check the statistics and see how education lines up with who voted for Who. The people less willing to hear out the thoughtful answers are an ironically, the least educated, and a great number of them are white. One problem with you bringing up the New York Times is that ignores how much more things proliferate via social media which is governed by algorithms. I’m not gonna belabor that point.
- Your Tea Party point is moot also. do you know how often congress flips for encumbants?

Single-party control in Washington is common at the beginning of a new presidency, but tends not to last long
Unified government at the beginning of a president’s first term has been the norm, especially for Democratic presidents.www.pewresearch.org
The noteworthy part of Obama losing his congress was to whom: the Tea Party. You know, the Koch Brothers funded astroturfed caucus meant to stifle Obama? It literally was put together to end bipartisanship in Congress and gamble that they could get the white house back by saying no to everything. The two years before that was trying to play catchup after Bush and they pushed make Obama a one-term President, literally out of Mitch McConnell’s mouth. They literally did nothing for the people but yell about Obama until the house flipped and then wentnon a campaign of “no.” Unfortunately, Democratic voters are not as easily satisfied as Republicans: Dem voters want their guys to do something. Republicans are ok with Republicans just saying no to anything Dems want. Don’t believe me? I can show you the history of how unproductive congress has been since Newt Gingrich changed political in the 90s. Americans vote in opposition to the President all the time. The Tea Party was a billionaire funded “fukk you” to Obama which lead to Trump.
Lastly, I asked YOU what they should do. Pretend you are in Carvilles seat. I answered what they should do. You said toss out bums like carville (I agree). What should they do? I understood what you said, but you said nothing.
”How do we win this game, coach?”
Coach “Don’t listen to me”
Nah, what should they actually be doing?
