Probably a case by case basis based on where you are and the type of gym. Big box gyms are likely going to be last because of the differences in threat level across their many locations. Smaller box gyms, maybe early to mid May?
Where I'm at in Michigan I'd anticipate 2 months. Our gyms closed a week before the order came from the governor to stay at home so we're a month at best.
