I miss the gym so much. I haven't worked out in a month. When this is over I'll just go at weird hours nobody else is there and constantly wipe down everything.
I'm not even going to attempt to barbell bench press shyt for the first two weeks back. I know it's going to be a struggle even tho I've been going hard on pushups at the house.First day back in the real gym in like 2 weeks. Knew them strength gains went out the window like smoke.
Them home gyms workouts ain't it; I know brehs not touching weights ain't coming back from this.
Legit almost died moving bytch weight for reps. And since my conditioning is shyt I was gassed like some dro.
Need to step it up.

I have a physically active job. That's it though. On mu 3 days odd I do nothing. If I was a home owner I'd have home gym equipment but not doing that in an apartment and on days off I don't really leave the home except to take the dog to the bathroom twice a day.Like zero activity or no weights?
