look u heathensother animals don’t roll around and get comfortable in their own waste first of all. Yes chickens are filthy like a lot of animals but they atleast (given the chance) move away from their own excrements. Pigs on the other hand hang out (with other pigs) exactly where they shyt and piss.Even roll around in it to cool off from the sun. Why u think it “naturally salted”- grow up.
If u are religious u can look to any abrahamic religion as a guide to stay off that animal.

Best time to eat meat is when you or someone in your family is seasoning it and cooking it properly. That's as far as trust levels should go with certain foods.
Chinese people just don't care as much and plus they've been eating like crazy for so long that most of them are used to it.

Pin up any other animal and he will make some attempt to avoid his own waste. Pin up hogs and they will all be covered in hog shyt- happily.

It’s not particularly the damn animals but the whole shytty Chinese process. Filthy locales, filthy people, live animals stacked on top of each other in close quarters, live animals being slaughtered, no standards are far as quality, testing, etc.
