I’m willing to pay what ever gets me the best frame rates and Dolby atmos sound.

What you know about copping virtua racing for $119 for the sega genesis.

Sounds like you constantly get fleeced by these companies.....:ld:

Gullible sucker...:mjlol:

I had 4 games my entire genesis ownership cause shyt was ridiculously expensive...:why: shyt did not get better until ps1 where games got stupid cheap

They haven't been charging just 60 for a long fukking time they now have infinite amounts of income coming with micro-transactions they won't get rid of that while still upping the price for the base model of games, what the fukk do you think season passes,dlc,micro- transactions are these are their ways of charging us without increasing the cost now they want to increase the cost while also keeping other methods of taking our money so now we'll still be paying more but for even less content.

Just say you want the game no matter how they insult your intelligence, if you cared that much you'd be advocating for developers to get a wage increase, this money is not going into development cost this is going to executives and to make stockholders happy.

I've never seen a community more excited to get less and get fukked over like the gaming community.

games been like $50 $60 bucks since the 90s. surprised games don't cost 100 dollars now.
truthfully i would've rathered they increased prices instead of trying to gut the games with pay to play features.
NBA 2k used to let you put a created player in mycareer mode. I could make a overall 99 from day 1. nobody trying to grind as a bench warmer in a video game.
makes sense in an rpg, but not sports.

If you really think about it, games have really been $100 for years. Every game on the marketplace has a standard, special, and uber edition. The special edition is the "complete" game, what games in the PS2 era were. The uber edition is what the special edition was back then. The standard edition is just the edition they have to placate the gamers who don't want the price to go up.

The funny thing is games use to coast WAY more to buy, it's one reason why renting games was so popular.

Playing 80-89 bucks on a triple A game was standard fare. Then once they started saving a bit a money with Cd's the price got standardized a bit and it hasn't really moved since... SOME games really should cost more :yeshrug:

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
In my lifetime games went from $20 retail on super nintendo to $70 retail
VC points add on probably increases as well
Son this is a lie. SNES and Sega Genesis games was expensive as fukk. Even more so than the standard rate now. Paid 84.99 for Street Fighter 2 Special Champion Edition on Sega Genesis. Games like Killer Instinct for SNES costed mad bread and came with a music cd. I remember this shyt like it was yesterday.
