It’s ten dollars
Y’all broke ass nikkas need to worry about other things if this is a deal breaker for you
Low key, keeping it a buck, I did want to say this. fukk, I just did, you went first.
. We got nikkas celebrating the sales of games in threads but gets heated at this. Yes, sales are higher but we don't know much these companies are putting into these games as far as money. Halo Infinite is rumored to carry a 500 million price tag, definitely an outlier as far as cost but if they pocket an an extra $10 off of 10 million copies sold, that is $100 million in revenue. Why would they turn this down? They aren't our friends, they are a business. Yes, hobbies that involve price hikes can price people out of said hobby. I fail to see how an extra $10 is going to be like squeezing blood from a stone. We got away with 15 years of games being at a relatively stable price. It was a good run. I will also say that not all games will be deserving of that price tag but for the Last of Us, God of War and Halo type games, they should have them. It's all about how you perceive value. My purchasing habits aren't going to change and I only buy what I want when I see that it carries a price tag that seems appropriate. I'm not paying $69.99 for something like Kena when I get my PS5 this year. That's principle but for others like an Assassin's Creed and yes, 2K21, I'm not going to mind it too much. Just like now.
