But the fukked up part is every other entertainment aspect has increased in price. Standard game prices have been 60 for 15 years now. And with the next gen price increase that's only 17%. Compare that with other shyt in entertainment
Netflix price has doubled.
Movies ticket prices are up more than double at 125 %
Cable prices esp with internet.
Sports ticket prices.
Concerts, etc.
And the sad part is that esp considering inflation, prices for games are really still cheaper than ever. A 50 dollar game in 1996 is 82 bucks now.
Street Fighter 2 came out for 70 bucks on the SNES in 1992. That's 128 dollars today.
