Nigguh, everytime i went to toys r us i used to just sit and stare at chrono trigger like :noah: looking stupid in the face

Only game i ever got brand new for SNES was Mega Man X2 and i think it was because i made honor roll or something
Yup I lucked out cause I had a video rental store near me that would sell games .I got most of my sega games for like $10-20. Even then it was still a rare thing outside of Christmas or birthdays.

I remember going to toy-r -us after Christmas one year and they had the sega CD on clearance and I was about to get it until the dude explained what it was and said it wasn't very good and I had to put it back..the sad part is was like $20 :dead:

The 32x Attachment would be 400 dollars today :dead:

mufukkaz just don't know how good they got it now but whining over 70 dollars.

nikkaz don't know the pain of them cartridge prices :mjcry:
yeah? What would a TV cost from back then be today ? How about a cell phone ? How about a computer ? A boombox ? A walkman ? Speakers ? VHS player ?

Your brain is fried ever since the announcement of the PS5 Pro :mjcry: Its no way you think video gaming was more expensive back then than now :mjcry: You're about to drop $800 (really $1300 total for your PS5 + Ps5 Pro) on a single console with 0 games and 1 controller :mjcry: SNES back then was like $150-200, you'd have to buy 6-8 games on top of that just to break even at the cost of your PS5 Pro alone :wow:

If you buy a PS5 Pro + 1 game + 1 additional controller, after taxes you are already over $1000 :wow: You know how hard it would be to get to $1000 spent on SNES back in the 90s ? :wow: you could buy a SNES + 10-12 games and still be under $1000 :wow:

is it mandatory for every sony stan here to be financial illiterate ?

Do better my man, this is getting embarrassing
I had to spend all my bday money to buy Turok 2 and an expansion card. Turok 2 was like 75 bucks on release if I remember.
Yep, I had that as well. Still not as expensive as the base game + multiple DLC's that come out for games today.

I was mowing lawns for $5 a pop and $2 to use weed wacker on the edges :wow:
