As for the 80 minute version. I have an 80 minute mix that i spiced up that takes out the gap fukkups between tracks and fits as many bangers as possible. I made some of the skits at the end of aongs tracks cause sometikes they cool to listen to. Also started little ghetto boy as the beat starts and have the usual intro tagged at end of impossible. If anyone would like it @ me . I will upload it tomorrow. Its 80:03 long and i didnt shorten anything except second comings instrumental end to make it fit. I added fades and ahit so it all sounds how i imagine rza wouod have it.

01 wu revolution kung fu intro
02 reunited
03 for heavens sake
04 scary hourz
05 as high as wu tabg get
06!severe punishment
07 older gods
08 maria
09 a better tomorrow intro
10 a better tomorrow
11 its yourz
12 disk 2 intro
13 triumph
14 impossible

@Ayo!-BEZ in your OP you claimed that Wu Forever is the GOAT Double LP.
That is false. Life After Death is better than WTF.
You messed up out the gate.

Instead you could have made it a pure WTF appreciation thread.
Remember you went there with your outrageous claim not me.

Dont disrespect the GOAT rapper and his GOAT double LP.
You should apoligize to the forum for your outrageous claim imo.
:mjlol:
You ain't getting an apology out of @Ayo!-BEZ breh

The Source curiously omitted reviewing AOM. (Maybe out of fear of getting it wrong?)
The albums had to be submitted to the Source before they were released or they wouldn't review them.
Death Row stopped submitting their albums after Doggystyle got 4 mics.

I feel like Wu Tang Forever was the album that they were trynna make from day one

If you ever read Rzas 2 books that he released, you will realise that 36 Chambers and the solo albums that proceeded were mainly to build attention and fandom before they released the ultimate Jewel that would be Wu Forever.

I know alot of hip hop fans wont differentiate between 36 chambers and Wu Forever, but if you do the math, you will realise that there was so much dope, jewels, knowledge, wisdom being spit of that album that it was crazy.

Imossible, Better Tomorrow, Triumph etc. There was too many classics being dropped on that album but most dudes wanted to hear that ignorant shyt. Even Rza said in his book that "the first 5 years of Wu gonna be some devilish shyt before we release some spiritually awaking shyt" like Wu Forever ... unfortunately by then they didnt want to associate with white fans and thats where they separated.

Ironically the same crowd of people they were targeting were the same people who said they were preaching too much shyt they never understood .... hence why white Europeans became heavier fans than black were

So I've been replaying some songs off of this album and I think I'm starting to see this as the masterpiece it is:wow:

This has gotta be the most underappreciated album Wu has in their catalog:mjcry:

For Heavens Sake tho:ahh:, best song on the album to me

Good not great album imo

Lyrics were on another level on wu forever but I dig the beats and songs 36 chambers much more

Because of the flood rza changed the wu sound and while it wasn't bad it wasn't near the level of the origunal wu sound

Don't think it was a coincidence that just about every wu album with the vintage wu sound was a classic. With the new sound they became a lot more inconsistent

Music just wasn't overall as good. Lacked that soulful rawness imo
