You know what pisses me off the most is that there's plenty of freelance writers who can ghostwrite these shows not union but Hollywood don't hire these folks in cases like this.

That's why they need to strike as long as it takes to get what they want. The studios are gonna be feeling the heat the longer it goes on, and that means LOTS of money will be lost. All that money wasted coulda went to the writers.

• Streaming, because that shyt took off in the Pandemic
• AI, there was rumblings this year that studios wanted to use AI to do most of the job and then have Writers clean it up and fill in the gaps.

Its going to be interesting come Oscar Season.
