Since everyone is out of Africa I think it should be any descendants from when humanity started migrating from Africa or early biblical times that kept black features and skin tone the phenotype is black
look when we say black/african we refer to this

Wrong. It's probably been said in here already but they identify themselves as black..and the men positively greet eachother and refer to their brothers/other aboriginal men as "black fellas"
Is it really about labels though? I don't think the average Austrlian aboriginal and the average Mende/Bantu black see themselves as having the same roots.

I've known of Arabs from places like Jordan and Oman who referred to themselves as "white" because of their complexions, but they didn't see themselves as being related to Europeans in any way.

This seems to highlight a change in mentality, rather than terminology.

It's the concept of "blackness". The term "black" spread along with it's black consciousness which is why it was different from the european/white term "negro".

Damn, care to elaborate on that?

Just heard through that show ..that through interbreeding or constant mixing that there gene code can be basically bred out

I was shocked

On another note aboriginals ..hate most African Americans lol

The younger generation is a little diff the younger kids as they are identifying with the culture

But previously they didn't know what they were and would often mock afrerican Americans

The culture and attitude has changed a lot over the past 4-5 years

Travelling out there for over 10 years I have seen the difference ..

I'm assuming black = african or of african descent, if so no. End of discussion

I would consider Melanesian people black. Morphologically they look black.

if we're being real they are more closely related to pacific islanders than us like tongans, hawaiians, samoans etc

They look nothing like Asians before they aboriginals mixed with whites they always had dark skin with round noses and full lips these features are most found in black people only difference is their hair
Hair is the most important thing. Ahmed has all the things you listed and is African but is mostly refereed to as brown.

Melanesians look a variation of one of those faces above. By your own rationalization they are black.
