Poughkeepsie is 35% black so the population is there.

Also if I were you I’d take advice from someone on here who lives somewhere close to that part of upstate cause most NYC dudes will say no to anything above Westchester county lol.

Rockland County is a good place to go to. But I’m sure most of the black people there are Haitian (and a few other island) & with a growing African pop.m

Btw. I believe the metro north stops at Poughkeepsie which means you can work a bomb job in manhattan and commute.
