working out with no pre-work like working out with no music.....
you not going super saijin.
I dont know how nikkas eat before they train. That shyt will make sluggish and have to shyt. Any nikka I seen eat seen or know before they workout I already assume what type nikka he is. 4 mins in between sets, flexing their goofy ass in the mirror.
Be looking dumb ass fukk doing calisthenics....geaux head on and do that. Imma be in the Iron Temple clangin and banging with Ogun.
In that case yes...my experience is as a fat b*stard myself I needed heavy iron. Calisthenics never worked for me. Push ups never built mass like bench press. I call that shyt, "skinny negro excercises"Well an aspect of one of my side jobs involves me working with a lot of people who've fallen and can't get up or fell and were down on the ground for hours before they could call for an ambulance. Or are just old and weak, too far to walk or get up...
That's a reason I heavily recommend calisthenics. If a person can't do 25 body squats, or 15 pushups, 1 pullups, 15 lunges on each leg....there's a significant chance they may end up in one of those situations. If you can do those, there's a significantly less chance of ending up in that situation in which case you can always pushups and pull iron too.
I don't promote weight lifting as much because that either requires you to have weights at home or be able to go somewhere. There's no excuse why one can't stand or lay down next to their bed or couch and do squats, pushups. You don't have to get dressed, you don't have to go anywhere, it's not too hot, too cold, too wet, too dry...you can finish a workout in less than 10 mins. You can do a set during commercial breaks and rest while your show is on. But mfs don't want to hear it.

I dont believe that. Bench pressing and bw dips got me to doing pushups like a machine. Before the heavy metal in hs I struggled with push ups.I figure you gotta crawl before you walk. If you can't get yourself out of the bed or off the floor being able to bench 225 and squat 275 ain't gonna be of much use. Plus after the age of 55 you might not be benching and squatting much but you can always do calisthenics. There are plenty of people who can bench 300lbs but can't do 10 pushups. Or can squat 300 but can't do 30 body squats.
Better off just walking or jogging to warm your body up for lifting.
All them shakes and powders seem to have more drawbacks than benefits. If you're dragging azz heading into the gym, get more sleep, clean up your diet or try working out at a different time of the day.
