I only use like a 1/10 of a scoop and it's potent enough to give me that energy/motivation i need and I still don't like it cause even though i use a small amount it be having my heart racing, feeling like the world bout to end at any moment when i know mentally its not.

I been working out 15 years and I had never heard of ”pre-workout” until the last 2 years. Drink a smoothie an hour before and a cup of tea 10 minutes before.
