Op this is so true. I take pre workout or a energy drink before every workout. The days I only drink water before workout it doesnt hit nearly the same

Yessir! Not often but I've hit the sativa a couple times just to get the experience. Sativa and some coffee definitely hits.

Not only that but you get a greatly enhanced mind muscle connection while high.
Especially when it comes to back, holy shyt.

Also on another note, those who take pre-workout or caffeine pills I hope you all know you gotta increase your water intake. It can't be the same as much you drink while not using those products

I needed it breh.. I know it's all caffeine but mentally I acted like it gave me actual physical strength.. Might as well been compound V to me


Didn't matter how tired or sleepy I was I drink a scoop and a half that shyt it was

I’ve never taken pre workout, and I don’t drink coffee.

Good amount of sleep and a good pre workout meal will help me get a good workout in

I used that hydroxycut preworkout. Thought my heart was going to break out my chest.

Nah im good. I probably should use something less powerful though.

First off. Our bodies are addicted to too much shyt as it is. Sugar, caffeine, nicotine...

Working out should be natural and free.

You shouldnt have to spend a dime to get fit. Whether you do pushups and body squats and drink water. Put some books in a backpack and do more pushups body squats and pullups, walk, jog, do jumps.

Spending money on supplements is like paying to go to the gym. There's too many people that if the gym is closed, simply won't work out. If they run out of powder or are waiting for a delivery or whatever won't work out.

fukk the bullshyt, just workout.

If you are one of those people that value your money then that can be an incentive. I bought a monthly membership to a community club and health center down the street just as an option to mix up my venue. It's like $9 if you just go for one day but a monthly membership is 50 and you can go as much as you want, use all the equipment and pools, go to any of the workout classes and shyt. I made sure I got my moneys worth and went 6 times a month because I wasn't willing to piss that away.
