Working out without pre-workout sucks

Years ago I went to workout with my brother one time and he gave me some since he used it. I didn't know exactly what it had in it at the time i hadn't heard of pre workout powder.

I guess I took to much with not enough water and 20 minutes into the workout i started sweating heavily and my heart was beating out of my chest, then i literally went blind, my vision slowly faded to black. I was alright after i drank a bottle of water and sat for a couple minutes. My advice is stay away from that shyt it has way to much caffeine.

Never tried pre workouts but I don’t even like working out after drinking a Celsius. shyt had me tweakin

I been stopped fukking with stimmed pre workouts. shyts nowadays is a heart attack or stroke in a tub with a movie character wrapped around the label to lure you in for the purchase.

150 mg caffeine per scoop was the norm back then and now it went from 200mg, to, 250mg, to 300mg, to 400+mg. Plus supp companies are adding caffeine extracts, yohimbe, yohimbine extracts and all type of new age stims.

I'll take a stim free pre workout with nootropics any day.

I only use like a 1/10 of a scoop and it's potent enough to give me that energy/motivation i need and I still don't like it cause even though i use a small amount it be having my heart racing, feeling like the world bout to end at any moment when i know mentally its not. :beli:


So tbh i only use it when im REALLY tired, Early morning workout shyt. You telling me some yall boys be taking full scoops? Regularly? You better listen to your doctor before your heart explodes out your chest:gucci:

First off. Our bodies are addicted to too much shyt as it is. Sugar, caffeine, nicotine...

Working out should be natural and free.

You shouldnt have to spend a dime to get fit. Whether you do pushups and body squats and drink water. Put some books in a backpack and do more pushups body squats and pullups, walk, jog, do jumps.

Spending money on supplements is like paying to go to the gym. There's too many people that if the gym is closed, simply won't work out. If they run out of powder or are waiting for a delivery or whatever won't work out.

fukk the bullshyt, just workout.

If you are one of those people that value your money then that can be an incentive. I bought a monthly membership to a community club and health center down the street just as an option to mix up my venue. It's like $9 if you just go for one day but a monthly membership is 50 and you can go as much as you want, use all the equipment and pools, go to any of the workout classes and shyt. I made sure I got my moneys worth and went 6 times a month because I wasn't willing to piss that away.
Be looking dumb ass fukk doing calisthenics....geaux head on and do that. Imma be in the Iron Temple clangin and banging with Ogun.

Damn i dont know much about pre-workout drinks. I thought it was like a energy drink specifically for workouts. Didn't know that shyt would have you geeked like that.:picard:

I dont know how nikkas eat before they train. That shyt will make sluggish and have to shyt. Any nikka I seen eat seen or know before they workout I already assume what type nikka he is. 4 mins in between sets, flexing their goofy ass in the mirror.
