I agree, if the cops ask you to do something and you react by saying you're not going to do it, they will forcibly assist you into compliance.
There's no scenario where Jilla82, Wiz or anyone else is asked by cops to get off a hover board that ends with you remaining on the hover board.
Two things I didn't expect upon entering the thread. A: for it to be actual Wiz and not some cat that looks identical to him being roughed up by the police and B. Spending 3.99 on a new app.
