Well the way you put it here you might as well say every game in existence out or coming out is the same.Yes they are the same, in the same way that DR3 is the same as 2
You are platforming through differnt levels trying to make it to the end. The levels are set up differently and you get different powers, but ultimately you are doing the same damn thing.
In DR3 the world is set up differently and you get different powers that change the gameplay.
How is one so fresh and new, but the other isn't?
Forza 5?? You just drive through tracks 3 laps each.
killer instinct?? Oh you just have to defeat the opponent.
Battlefield 4?? Oh just do the objectives like the older games required you to.
Killzone?? Shoot your way and kill to the end.
Halo? Shoot and kill aliens till you beat it.
Titanfall? Shoot and destroy mechs and humans.
Coli? Lie and post for daps/rep.
Steambox?? Just turn it on and play games.
Kinect? Just talk and do gestures like kinect 1.
Oculus rift: Just put it over your head and watch.
