Yep all this. The cap is really shyt cause it only covers between 1500 to 2500. So lets say you need a tooth extracted and then bridge work or a dental implant and crown.
The insurance will only cover the tooth extraction and the crown. Not the implant or bone graft (which you may need for the implant). But wait their is more. The tooth extraction may cost 2500 and the crown may cost 1500 and the implant and surgey may cost 5000. So that means you on the hook for 6500 with the insurance.
And that ain't including if they say you need to see a specialist which is another fee or deep cleaning before the implant which is another fee or bone grafting which is another fee

Yep! You broke it down eloquently! I have had all of what you have mentioned done as well as a few root canals done. Luckily for me, I have no cap on my insurance and my dentist waived my 20% obligation, so I get my work done for free!
