Because some men are thirsty as fukk and don't get the hint from the obvious signs that the woman has dropped beforehand that she wasn't interested.
Also add to the fact that men actually physically intimidate women into giving them their number and have attacked women because they wasn't interested I could see why this happens.

There was another case of that here in DC when a high school student refused to give a guy her number and he shot and killed her at the bus stop.
Neither of those cases were inside of a club with security guards present...

Im not denying this happens, but think of the times you were out bagging girls and you had every intention of calling some of them but one really got your eye and attention and you focused on her.
Now....think of how all the male attention a woman gets. You say "thats not usually the case"...when women literally hands down can get the pick of the litter.
