If you a Dj/Magazine publication not messing with Jay-Z, is like not messing with Inter scope. Do you know what they can do for you ?

Whether you like them or not, they have industry pull and Jay been proven his quite childish, so If i was a DJ tryna get Radio A-list guest, Showing up to events ... Why wouldn't you (front) like Jay is that dude.

How does asking for clarification of a post derail a thread doeboy? If you can't explain yourself then just say that. If anything details a thread or discussion it's the bytchy attitude that you just copped.

I won't even read the somalis post, dude is by far the biggest joke to bless these forums with his constant trolling since irish unit.
I can guess that he said something about stans, defending, no one hates jay-z, jayz is my 2nd favorite like a spammer always trolling the same shyt :troll:

I don't believe that...

Jay Z and Biggie weren't even in the same lane or style..."Reasonable Doubt" and "Ready To Die" are two different albums...

Jay Z was never on that "shock" rap tip like Biggie...These guys were different rappers...

Jay Z would still be Jay Z with or without Biggie...He is a better writer than Biggie, and he really studies the market to quote Jay Z "we are students of the of the game"....That's how he became rich and relevant for all these years...

Your right, 2 guys from the same borough rapping about dealing drugs and money would never have any competition or be compared to each other. Everyone would equally accept them.

Reason why hip hop purist don't like jay is because he's too much about self praise. A lot of mc's are self praising themselves nas included but in the hip hop competitive sense. But with Jay specially since the black album and his return it's like he's trying to convince people he's the best when his clearly not. And he's used a lot a marketing tactics to make people believe it.

An other thing. He always was kinda follow others people blueprint through his carreer. How can you call yourself the best when you never brang something new to the table or on you own.

Wu tang revolutionize not only ny hip hop sound, but only the rap contract deals
Biggie revolutionized the underground/crossover rnb hip hop in NY
Snoop & Dre were the first non sellout hardcore artist to have really being embrassed by the white crowd
Nas revolutionized ny sound flows and lyrics but was also the way to produced an album with the best producers of the moment. And he brought the singing chorusses with iww

By the time Jay came, his association with Dame was a copy of the Biggie/Puff or Pac/Suge kind of relation. His sound was first a copy of rae and biggie plus nas. Then that was diddy, then ruff ryder. He was never the trand starter.
Then by 2001 2002 , people were looking up to him and for the first time he was the one who could lead the way. But he didn't, and decided to retire, leaving g unit be solo on the ny map and looking from far.
Then he came bad trying do his anti autotune shyt but turnig back his vest by, again, follow the tendance.
And now that hipsters are reigning, he's there riding kanye's wave and embrassing hipsters culture, dressing like them. It's like once he was at the front line he didn't know what to do. He tried that grown men shyt on KD, but it didn't go well and was much more himself in AG rooting with his early gangsta shyt

Another thing too, he considerably distanced himself from balck and ghetto culture, his lyrics are nothing remain "ghetto" no more. If he wasn't saying brooklyn from time to time I would nevere guessed he's from there, theses time. All he do is braging about who personnality he had dinner with, who is playing golf with.
There's no more black roots it's seem in him, and I am not talking about gangsta shyt, just about references and balance. Cause the main problem his, his new style of live became all he got to offer right now, kinda like eminem with drugs and hailie and his mother at a certain point

But back to number one argument, his lyrical abilities who diminished are the cause of the problem. It's been years since Jay didn't dropped great verses back to back even just technically speaking. And the capacity to fool people it's what annows the most. He's kinda like Marlo except he accepted to stay at the Levy party and renonce to be tied with the streets no more

Being the best it's not just being at the top and then quit or rely on your reputation. It's to constantly prove you are so even in the long term

Well Doeboy, there is threads where people defend dude no matter what he does, I remember reading a thread about Jay selling crack for 60 hours straight and his only mode of survival was eating cookies, and the amount of people defending him there was comedy:heh: even you were on there defending him like always, thats just one example. I can go on for days, but back to original topic, Jay is one of the most loved rappers, I rarely see the hate, if anything its people that hate his stans, like you and Harry B
No need to try and make me someone else just to lie trying to prove a point. I've never seen a thread or heard about Jay Z selling crack for 60 hours so I'm certainly not in it. What's the name of this thread? Pull it up. This is most definitely on topic. You say that fans are equal to haters because they defend him no matter what, and im just asking for clarification. Look at you trying to paint me as some Jay Z defender and I've never defended anything he's done. No wonder you don't see the hate, you're probably a hater yourself.

I'm a Jay fan and I think he's one of the GOATs. The problem is there's an abundance of Jay stans who literally get mad at you if you rank him any lower than #1, or you point out some of his trash bars, trash records, inconsistency, or declining skills and performance. So there's blowback against his stans here, and often people who fukk with Jay troll just to rile up his rabid stans.

Btw Doeboy's been a lot more chill and civil on the coli than he was on sohh. He has passed the camel stanning crown to Harry B. Harry B is an omega-level camel stan. It's like he's been perfecting his camel stanning for thousands of years in that hyperbolic time chamber from Dragonball Z.

lol, what exactly did son do to be hated so much? i'm not talking about online neither (he's hated on there too), but offline almost everybody who's somewhat of a hip hop head hates him, smh

i was telling somebody that most of our favorite mc's could never make a song as mind numbing as "allure" and their response was "f*ck jay-z, he's wack"

?????? yall gotta stop this mane. you can dislike somebody but don't let it affect your ability to be objective.

:stopitslime:

lol @ nikkaz hating jay in the real world like that

So you're not a Jay defender now? you were known as one of the biggest Jay stans on sohh, and how am I a hater? Do you not read my posts? You got to step your stanning up though, Harry B took your crown and ran with it

No, I'm nobody's defender. I posted on sohh but my name wasnt doeboy. The only posts I've read from you are the ones in this thread. I must say, you're a a rather bytchy defensive poster. I mean all of this because I asked you for clarification.

I didn't say that you were a hater. I said that you're probably a hater if you don't see the Jay Z hate here. If you opened a "is Jay Z a c00n, yes or no" poll, I think that it would be 50-50.
