Why do people hardly do pullups or dips

Damn how many reps/set?

At my old gym in BK there was a dude who looked like Sauce Money's brother... had to be a cool 350 easy. But he would bang out chinups for sets of 10. Had the whole pulley rack rockin and rollin... sounding like the beginning of Trillville 'Some Cut' :merchant:

5 reps per set. I'm not used to workin out in the morning tho

Morning workouts sometimes are the GOAT:ehh:,because nobodies in there in the wee hours of the morning,and I can lift comfortably without waiting to use some equipment,but a nikka body still don't be feeling all the way warmed up,plus I never eat before a morning workout.:francis:

But afternoon/night lift is:wow: a nikka got hella food in his system,the body is ready to go,and my lifts always are stronger:wow::wow::wow::wow::wow:

I'm gonna be focusing on dips and pull ups when I switch to my fullbody routine. I can do 15 dips pretty easily now. However my pull ups have fell off in terms of being strict. I wanted to save time and use it as something I would superset of with but it looks like I've been doing it too fast. Def gonna do them much slower.

Just keep working breh and never give up,and slow and controlled reps are GOAT:wow:

Man i can get like 3 pull ups and feel like:bryan: on the inside then I look around and realized I only did 3 and people are looking at me like:usure: and I feel like:hamster:

Same way I was when I first started lifting, I finally could hit 185 for about 6 reps:wow:

I got down on the bench pumped out 6 clean reps sat up,and in my mind feeling like:blessed::whew:

I look around and bigger stronger cats looking like:heh::mjlol::francis::beli:

i work out at a commercial gym and there are a couple people who look good ect but i hardly ever see anyone doing dips or pullups. both underrated exercises
I cannot do them anymore. I used to do them a lot. I have osteoarthritis in my right shoulder now.
It's sad when you could beast it on the pull-ups and dips and go to where you can't do them anymore. I can, but then I would be grinding away at my shoulder and make things worse.

Side note, its not the be-all-end-all of back and tricep exercises, but doing pull-ups can really add mass to your back and doing dips can really add mass to your triceps.

i like to do pullups as a warm-up on back days and get my muscles primed, but i can't fukk with dips anymore.

a few years ago, I went a little too deep trying to really tear the muscle fibers and snapped my shyt all the way up. had a fukking debilitating case of costochondritis that took damn near 2 years to recover from fully with rest, then physical therapy. so fukk dips, never again that shyt is holocaust status to me... :pacspit:
