U better than most dudes in the gym tho. Usually its the opposite. Just make sure u are getting full ROM![]()

I usually warmup by back and chest days with four sets of 10 pullups or dips


I guess I'm a beast.I'm strong but struggle with pullups, and cannot figure out what the fukking deal is. Is it my height? I'm 6'6, so I have a long way to pull the fukk up. shyt is making me want to get back on a pullup program starting tomorrow.
i work out at a commercial gym and there are a couple people who look good ect but i hardly ever see anyone doing dips or pullups. both underrated exercises
They are very humbling exercises.
