U better than most dudes in the gym tho. Usually its the opposite. Just make sure u are getting full ROM

Then again, I'm only ~135-140lb
I usually warmup by back and chest days with four sets of 10 pullups or dips
I'm strong but struggle with pullups, and cannot figure out what the fukking deal is. Is it my height? I'm 6'6, so I have a long way to pull the fukk up. shyt is making me want to get back on a pullup program starting tomorrow.
i work out at a commercial gym and there are a couple people who look good ect but i hardly ever see anyone doing dips or pullups. both underrated exercises
They are very humbling exercises.
Lots of otherwise strong people can't do chinups Joe Frazier apparently couldn't do them
