Shyt that was to be it. The time under tension for you must be hell.I'm strong but struggle with pullups, and cannot figure out what the fukking deal is. Is it my height? I'm 6'6, so I have a long way to pull the fukk up. shyt is making me want to get back on a pullup program starting tomorrow.

I've seen little ass cats grab the bar and rattle off 10 like it's nothing. I'm clearly stronger than they are, but I grab that bar and gets to struggling.
You might be weight room stronger,but they could be functionally stronger,it's a difference,but it might be because of your height like I said in the first reply

Joe Frazier couldn't do them either. There's more to that than strength it seems. I've heard of quite a few pro athletes not being able to do themNah, I'd whoop their ass. I'm a former athlete, always been strong and all that. And I do a workout routine that emphasizes functional strength. I'm mad as fukk about these pullups, breh.
