Why do people hardly do pullups or dips

I am on body weight this year, made some decent gains



This weeks sets :

40 pushups on the minute x 10 = 10 mins
15 pullups on the minute x 10 = 10 mins
50 pullups, 100 pushups in 3 minutes
50 burpees in 3 minutes
50 pushups on the minute x 5 = 5 mins
100 dips in 3 minutes
50 pullups in 2 mins

dont stop working !

Just got a pullup bar ...man this ain't no joke
..anybody have a regimen or a buildup to the point where I can do with ease ..(Planks, etc?)
I can barely do 2 right now

i did 5 at time up to a hundred every day no matter what for like 2 weeks

sometimes it took me like 45 min-hour


feb 5 ,2021 is my goal


I’ll have done at least 100 pull ups every day For a year

and I go all the way down

maxed 43 chin ups last week

did 15 one handed
I can knock out 100 in minutes if I start with pull ups


Only time in my life I’ll brag I feel beast for the first time in my life
I put a pic up of my progress a month or so ago I def got more tone and lost weight since then

I’m at 125 now def more tone

Since COVID my back is popping off my back in ways no lat pull down or any other back related exercise could accomplish

diamond grip
close grip
Medium grip
Wide grip

every other day...you do 5 of each in a month you’ll see changes. When I flex now I’ve been told I look like a cobra. Can’t imagine by summer

I do 3 sets of 10 twice a week of pull-ups

same with dips. But I want to add weight to mine soon
