This weeks sets :
40 pushups on the minute x 10 = 10 mins
15 pullups on the minute x 10 = 10 mins
50 pullups, 100 pushups in 3 minutes
50 burpees in 3 minutes
50 pushups on the minute x 5 = 5 mins
100 dips in 3 minutes
50 pullups in 2 mins
dont stop working !
