Most gyms have machines that you can use that helppullups are a man's game. Not every dude can do them. But they're a good test and show of your upper body strength and control
Dips are a little easier.

rows yes... i dont squat do deadlifts though... I don't feel comfortable messing with my knees or back... been lifting over 15 years off and on and have good size without them...you ever do dumbell rows or deadlifts
