Why do people hardly do pullups or dips

Thats horrible advice. If someone struggles with pull ups then they can use an assisted device to make progress.

Or they can build up assisting lat muscles as well as tris, delts and not take the bytch nikka approach to thangs:ld:

Breh I studied physical training and nutrition as all my electives in Uni so don't try to flex :ufdup:

Pull ups btw should not be done before you can do at least 100 push ups. You need to build supporting muscles especially your lats before you can execute pull ups productively

What do you mean here, 100 without stopping or 100 within a given amount of minutes? I can't do 100 straight, but within x amount of minutes I'm sure most people can

Eh, if that's your quota for fulfilling your notion of not doing/doing pull ups then that's a little too lenient. I assumed you where gonna say 100 within 30 to and hour. Everyone can do 100 push ups within a full 24 hour period.

Look I studied personal training in college and yall operating on High school braggadocious theories. Not everyone can do 100 push ups in a day. To think so is being very naive given over 50% of the US adult population is obese.

You better take notes because you're gonna do something stupid without laying the correct groundwork and end up with a big as cast on your arm unable to work for weeks which most of yall cannot afford.

Do your research. Learn some fukking basic medical knowledge stop these jock strap antics this shyt is serious. You haven't built up your lats yet? Don't try any fukking pull ups. What muscles does a pull up action use? Your fukking lats.

There is a difference between an 8 year old child on a damn jungle gym and a 27 year old out of shape pudgy negro trying to pull up his 250lb body weight with a weak ass back and arms, he gonna sprain some shyt.

Please focus on push ups before pull ups. You can Google this shyt along with common sense that should tell you that pull ups for an out of shape adult amateur is NOT safe nor simple or the optimal way to get to fitness in the beginning.

Again we are not teens in a damn locker room with high natural HGH and recover ability and only having to support 130-140 lbs of bodyweight.

No shyt pull ups are a completely different monster, no one is arguing that. The conversation at hand between me and you is that your average person can or cannot do 100 push ups within 24hours. If you honestly think one cannot then you are silly. No one in this thread gives a shyt about your pseudo everest college trainer courses.

On topic i love back days. I look forward to doing pull ups more so then any other exercise because it efficent and works out more then just your back. Honestly i dont see how anyone who lifts or wants to build muscles dont include pull ups in your routines. Easily the best body weight exercise
