Can't imagine doing 1. Never even tried doing 1 of those shytes . Not even sure I could clear the bar with my entire chest much less my stomach.
anyoneseems like my muscle fatigue has gotten worse when doing pullups i can barley get into my 3 or fourth sets without stopin and taking a break to recover, any tips to reduce this and become more efficient?

lol my bad forgot to respond i do 10, 8, 5, 3 for a mix of endurance and stregth. in what i cnsider my prime i was doing weighted pullups with 15lb, 20lb, 25lb, 35lb now i can barley do 15lb as a last set. i also have a on going shlder issue, tho i think its better than it was before. you think my range of motion is messed up or is this more of a upper body issue and i need to work on my arms more?What is your usual volume for pull-ups?

Idk man it depends on where your weaknesses lie. Pull ups btw should not be done before you can do at least 100 push ups. You need to build supporting muscles especially your lats before you can execute pull ups productively
