Idk, why simple shyt like that is so hard but I weigh over 200 pounds![]()

need to try ringsSupersets with ring dips and pull-ups this morning. Set my clock for 30 minutes. Got 60 pull-ups and 75 ring dips done.sets of 10 on pull-ups and 5 sets of 15 on dips. Weighed in at 227 beforehand

and I thought I could bang them out easy
stepped up and couldn't even do one
. That was 2 years ago now I can do both pretty easily 4-5 sets of 10 and same with dips. They're both my favorites to do on back/chest and arm daysGeneral tip for dips: look down to shift the focus to the chest, look straight ahead to shift the focus to the tricepsneed to try rings![]()
