need to try ringsSupersets with ring dips and pull-ups this morning. Set my clock for 30 minutes. Got 60 pull-ups and 75 ring dips done. sets of 10 on pull-ups and 5 sets of 15 on dips. Weighed in at 227 beforehand
General tip for dips: look down to shift the focus to the chest, look straight ahead to shift the focus to the tricepsneed to try rings
