Pullups are one of the most difficult things to do, and dips, so it's no surprise people avoid them like the plague
If you can't do pullups(unless you're like 260+), you're either weak(especially through the core) or carry too much body fat. I see mad dudes in the gym who are jacked, pumping out pullups like they're hardly trying. Watched a dude who was like 220 at my height (5'10) hitting sets of 15+
