Damn breh what happened?When i was both 180 and 220 pounds i could rock 3 sets of 8-12 reps. 260 pounds now and that shyt is a struggle and humbling as fukk bruh. Now its constant tension reps and assisted pull up bar machine on light days

Pull up and dips should be a staple to all niccas...
I do superset 10 pull ups 10 dips 4 sets
Also try switchin it up close grip/wide grip
When you get more advanced add weight. Your strength gainz will level up.
Off topic but niccas are sleeping on body weight squats..
