Why do people hardly do pullups or dips

I don't like dips but I've been improving my pull-up game. Have increased the size and strength of my upper lats. I don't go too hard so it will probably take a few years to get to really swole status there along with my other routines.

I have noticed since I started though even if I sleep funny I don't get cricks in my neck anymore. Stronger lats make for a stronger neck I think. But that could also be from the extra calcium I'm taking (I don't eat dairy or drink milk so I've been kind of deficient there).

:blessed: man i love dem shyts, doin weighted dips and pullups are goat. The power you feel as you complete the range of motion with good form:wow:, the results :jawalrus:, the other lifts you do becomin easier as a result:banderas:, mofos starin at you as you go hard killin it:wtf:.

No but ideally it shouldn't be a primary movement. If for some reason you are limited to that then it's better than nothing.
you're a pretty reliable and credible guy about gym knowledge, and tips for bigger traps (including those on the lower back, cnt do power cleans either) :lupe:

As most Americans do already. One of the major problems with the Exercise is that people don't know when to stop, they think doing 100 of them is "just fine" not realizing that they could worsen an existing condition.
Most Americans can't get close to doing a hundred in a session :martin:
