Why do people hardly do pullups or dips

I agree, these assistance exercises are a must as they help you with other lifts. A lot of people are missing out.

I'm doing 4x10 for pull-ups and 4x15 for dips right now.

I can definitely see the lats building with my pull-ups, and the definition forming from the dips.

I'll definitely keep doing pull-ups on back/bicep day and dips on chest/shoulder day.

I know plently ass grown men that's 200-250+ pounds can't lift their own body weight. It's strange to me that they can lift heavy weights but not their own weight.

Pull-ups is rare at my gym. i do them often at home and the problem with dips is that shyt hurts my collarbone like a muthafukka. Still havent found a remedy for it.
