why notNa still on the path your on my brother. I was born into this shyt. Its alot of responsibility being on top. I dont have much now but Im happier and free as I ever been. Alot of lost friendships and seen dreams ruined over the green piece of paper. I lost good friends over the gameMoney doesn't change people. It just reveals their true self. You dont want the responsibility of the streets waiting on you to eat. Trust me. When you make 20k-30k a month thats basically what it is. You have to spread your hustle and show love or risk getting robbed. Then when you get so big in the game your mexican connect doesn't want your cash anymore. They want to front you work and you cant say no. So know your high priced slave. But best advice that I can give is go to college for the experience. You're only 18-22 once. Why not delay adulthood and meet some new people and learn things. Get the experience in your field of choice. Establish your network. Stack your bread then bounce . Do your own thing. I wish I had half of what you guys had growing up. My dad was a hustler/landscaping business owner but in the most important time in my life (15-19) he got strung out on dope so I had no guidance. I was just lost. My ex girl was in med school and she would feel bad for me and tell me I was one of the smartest people she met. And under different circumstances I would be a lawyer, doctor, or whatever. But fukk it I made choices. Not trying to derail thread you just took me down memory lane for a sec

If you're white, you are much more likely to float to the top of the job market, regardless of degree. Black folk are much less likely to end up in leadership positions.
For example:
White business administration graduates = the sky's the limit. Corporate execs, investors more likely to fund business ventures, etc.
Black business administration graduates = white business administration graduate's secretary. Maybe a middle manager at best. There are a few exceptions (keyword, few).
White physical education graduate = Athletic directors, head coaches, sports marketing execs, etc.
Black physical education graduates = Assistant coach.
Since mass group economics just isn't realistic in a global economy, a large chunk of black upward mobility is determined by the job market. And since blacks are severely outnumbered in decision making positions, most college majors are setting up black folks for economic failure.

A lot of ppl on here aren't gonna wanna hear this but, if you as a black man (or woman, but especially a man) do not know how to legally generate income outside of your job, you need to learn how and quickly. I've been saying this for years. Black americans are behind everyone else when it comes to this.
For a lot of cats, if you got unexpectedly laid off tomorrow, you wouldn't even know how to LEGALLY generate income yourself. The only way you know how to feed yourself is if a white person decides to give you a job. That's way too dependent. I've even seen dudes in their 40s or 50s that got laid off and had no income until another job finally hired them. How do you not know how to make money outside of that "job"? Even right now, you should have AT LEAST one stream of income outside of your job. I have multiple streams of income because i love money that much.
If you have internet access you should be able to figure out how, no excuses. nikkas know how to get on Twitter and IG and gossip about dumb shyt all night, know how to score high on 2K, etc but wouldn't know how to generate their own income if they suddenly lose their job....its pathetic...especially since they see nothing wrong with that
As a collective we are too dependent on these "jobs" from white employers, even those of us who chose good majors. Of course i do think we need more lawyers, doctors, etc. But what i see overall is that regardless of job or career choice, a lot of us do not know how to make money independently. We rely too much on white ppl to give us jobs. The fukked up part is most of the nikkas who actually do know how to generate their own income are doing it by selling drugs instead of through a business or actually being self employed.

Some dudes do make a lot of money trapping but there's a reason a lot of them are still living in a shytty area. They get the money but don't know what to do with it to really better their quality of life (and their families quality of life). They should get as much as possible while they can, then flip into something else i.e. go legit...but instead of investing/flipping, they splurge it on dumb flashy shyt, show it off on social media and hang around the same nikkas/crowd they always were, and eventually get caught
The thing about a lot of nikkas who sell drugs...they do have the right "make money on my own, be a boss" mentality....but their mentality when it comes to actually FLIPPING that money they make into something lucrative is usually wrong.
Instead of doing it temporarily and going legit as soon as possible, nikkas stay in the shyt way too long and don't even do anything smart with the money....no businesses, no investments, just buying dumb shyt like $300 belts, J's, cars. Then will likely go to jail at some point.
As far as bringing too much attention to themselves esp online, I'll never understand that shyt, especially considering that we're already watched more just for being black. I'm not a flashy type of nikka when it comes to moves i make or what i have and i know for a fact that has always been beneficial to rme. Imo it's better for everybody to wonder what you're doing than to actually know. I've never trapped but still
