The President (Donald Trump) wants to help people in America get really good jobs that pay a lot of money — especially jobs where people work with their hands, like building things or fixing machines.

To do that, he’s making a plan to:

1. Help workers learn new skills — like using cool new technology or working with robots.
2. Make job training programs better and simpler — so they actually help people get good jobs.
3. Grow special “learn-and-earn” programs — called apprenticeships, where people get trained while working and getting paid.
4. Help people get good jobs without always needing to go to a 4-year college — by showing what skills they really have, even if they didn’t get a college degree.
5. Make sure job programs are working — and if they’re not, they’ll be fixed or stopped.

It’s like the President is being the coach of Team USA Workers, helping them train, get stronger, and win big in the job world!
