Above the fray.
Influence is more than someone trying to emulate someone else's style. That said, it would have to be Ja Rule. He had hits, sold a lot of records, but really didn't impact the game like his contemporaries or even artists who came after.
The man who ETHERED him for melodies and singing, began using melodies and singing. Also tried make another Hov Ashanti.

If he went multiplat then him easily.

Fat Joe is a footnote in the game despite all of his accolades and everyone he's worked with. French Montana is right there with him.
Completely disagree. What is this criteria for “influence”?

And just to speak on, but "who tried to copy them":

J. Cole counts Eminem as an influence on his style. Does he sound like Em? No. T.I. has also cited Eminem as an influence. Does he sound like Eminem? No.
When he was really young and going by The Therapist yes.

I think DaBaby is ludacris son personally.

He's gotta be a huge influence there.
I could be wrong but didn’t pitbull say fukk it and decide to take the same route as FLO-Rida. Plus Flo-rida had gorilla Zoe out here successfully touring the world, with him, dressed like a gay porn makeup artist… no hate though.
