Well, they're brother and sister, so they're both whatever one another is. But I never once thought either was black.

I always thought Dudley was Indian.

I would say Raven is one of my personal favorites, I think his moves are dope.

I would say Balrog though he is the ultimate boxer prototype.

He's basically a very loosely based Lennox Lewis boxer, as Lennox was champ at the time. I'm sure Capcom decided to play it safe with loose characterization due to the shyt that Balrog/Bison nearly cost them with Tyson's likeliness.

Outside of the straight hair, Indians aren't really any more likely to naturally have the other features either.

Yeah, he's one of the best designed characters in recent history period. Not just black designs, tho even more for black designed characters and especially for black male characters, for many reasons.

To be fair outside of this thread. Balrog is the most popular black fighting game character ever. He’s literally “the boxer” of the fighting game genre.
