Kings of Kung Fu , Shaloin vs Wu Tang 1&2 and Fighters Legacy. Sho Nuff is also the last boss of Fighters Legacy. They're all on PC.

I'd personally prefer a Shaft action Rpg.

That is low key bs, even on shin akuma..there is no TAP I know of in IV that does that damage. Even Balrog in vanilla 4

Tap -> violent buffalo can do like 70% though. My go to used to be TAP -> lp, lp, Buffalo headbutt or super/ultra if ready
