Presumptive? Meaning they assume you have them? I’m getting started on this tonight

And actually …. I went to the Va because my girl noticed I was breathing hard for no reason. I went and they gave me X-rays and saw nothing. They also sent me for these breathing tests and I failed them miserably. I have a appt with pulmonary next week. I assume I’m getting diagnosed with some sort of asthma.

Thanks for this info!

Have you registered on the Burn Pit registry? Think it is on the VA main website

so the basic breakdown of this goes this way... if you ever deployed or if at any point you have had any of these conditions... they will make it service connected... for example... i get allergies... i was given a nasal spray when i was in germany... that automatically alone was a trigger for me to get my 10% on rhinitis and another 10% for sinusitis... these 2 were denied previously... but with the pact act... i put in for them again... and was granted

I had my C&P yesterday for my back and ED. I hurt my back on Saturday and had to go to the emergency room. When I got to my exam I could barely move it and she measured me. Of course the numbers we horrible. Based on the measurements I should get upgraded to 40%. Plus another 10 or 20 for each leg for scistica. That would put me over the top if I get that.

The ED portion was kinda awkward cause she was a hot filipina. I was like yeah it's the BP meds. I even tested it, but my choice is stroke or cialis. Lol but I should get the SMC-K also.

I'm not sure how I feel about the examiner. She seemed cold but professional. She made me get a stool to help me get on the exam table and when when I was doing the measurements she kept telling me to stop when I feel pain. Bedside manner left a lot to be desired. I hope she does me fair.
