What are you claiming on this pending claim?
Insomnia
Ibs
Scarring
Vertigo
Eczema increase

Insomnia I am pretty sure I nailed my exam

Ibs is shaky. Did not have a current diagnosis.

Scarring. Is shaky. I have scarring form my already rated eczema but the examiner did not seem like she wanted to include it. If I don’t get it I will appeal

Vertigo. I am sure I did well on my exam

Eczema increase. I def have it. But I am already maxed out on eczema at 60% right now. So I will see what they do with that

I use the va claim tracker. Been sitting at pending decision phase. The claim has already been assigned a rater. Just a waiting game now

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
Mental health and sleep apnea alone got me to 90%
I am just curious, so will the mental health aspect affect future jobs/careers (are you planning on working, can you?), and does the mental health affect your ability to be armed? Also, more so for everyone in the VA system, I have heard horror stories about people pissing dirty for weed, and losing thier benefits, is that true? Has the military become more lenient?

I just dropped one for sciatica for both legs. I have constant pain as well as pain in my feet to the point that I hate wearing shoes. If I sit two long my feet start to hurt. and I have hair loss on my lower leg which indicates nerve damange. I also take Gabapentin for nerve pain.

I also dropped one for ED. I asked VA for Cialis a while back. I have service connected HBP and the meds used to control it are known to cause ED. You won't get a percentage, but its rated under SMC-K which is an extra $132.74 even if you are 100%.

I also put in for my shoulder which they originally denied since I had surgery before I joined. They claimed there were no in service incidets, but there were 5 sperate instances of me seeking treatment while in service. Clearly they didn't review my service medical records. I am sure I will get this on review since I added the treatment records. Silly me thinking VA would actually review my records completly.

I am also about to drop one for GERD as well. That will be secondary to sleep apnea. I take omeprazole which is given by VA so I am sure I will get this as well.

I need to do an increase for my back but I am waiting till January since I need 4 weeks of bed rest to get an increase to 40%. If I don't have any more instances by the end of the year I will still file and get up to 20%.

I just need a total of 60% and I will hit my 100 P&T.
