They both have 3 or 4 classics each, but if you look at the consensus score the masses would give to their albums, Kendrick's worst effort is like a 8.5/10, whereas Nas has a bunch of album that would get a score lower than 6.

Nas himself would say Kendrick. Illmatic might, MIGHT be the best rap album ever, but even then Kendrick has an argument with TPAB. Illmatic is like hip hop's magnum opus, but TPAB is one of music's best piece of arts, you can't dispute that and quoting me with smileys and your own palylist ain't gonna change that. Tpab literally has the same reputation in music in general that Illmatic has in rap.

After that, I'd argue every kendrick album has been better than anything Nas has ever released. I can't even name a good Nas album outside of Illmatic, these are just albums that Nas fans like but everybody else ain't really giving a fukk. But you know how it works with these egocentric nas fans, they only look at what's being said in their circle jerk and completely ignore the rest of the world so they can claim Nas has many classic albums when in reality, only Illmatic is getting praised.

The Lost Tapes >>>>>>>>>> anything Kendrick can think of.

I won’t even mention Illmatic, Stillmatic, It Was Written, KD 1. It wouldn’t be fair

Edit: forgot to put Life Is Good. All better than anything Kendrick put out.

DAMN, GKMC and TPAB >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> anything made by Nas.

Only illmatic has an argument and thats mostly of its influence and impact. But quality wise? it's not up there tbh.

Nas called himself the greatest of all time on his last two albums. Ya’ll nikkas are INSANE if you think Nas would ever concede being the greatest or having a lesser discography than Kendrick muthafukking Lamar lmao.

Kendrick is the undisputed greatest of HIS generation but thats where it stops. He ain’t nowhere near competing with Nas until he reaches his 50’s putting out highly acclaimed albums. In the year 2022 when both put out albums it was KD3 that was the highest acclaimed rap album of the year, not Mr. Morale.

Thats factually incorrect and I double checked. KD3 barely had any review...maybe you don't know how that works bro. But if an album gets 100% based on only 1 review, it's not critically acclaimed :mjlol:
Also no rapper needs to compete with Nas, It's not about how many albums you got, else Lil Wayne would be the goat because he had like 100 mixtapes out
