What's up with people hating on "Man of Steel"?

I liked it and watch it every time it comes on HBO. I really dont get the hate people have for it and I'm convinced you cant make people happy even if you mke the "perfect" Supes movie people gonna bytch and moan about something. These hipster doofuses making all the long drawn out articles with their top 20-30 reason MOS sucked picking out every little inconsistency need to get a life. shyt is so corny. If you like it cool and if you dont cool but why waste so much time on something you didnt care for unless its funny and on point like Plinckett of course.

While the movie had flaws, I hate these types of videos
These guys get so smug by pointing out every flaw in logic in movies.
I'm pretty sure you could find these leaps in logic in virtually any movie ever created if you wanna break it down by every scene and question each word said, each motivation, and the realism of each scenario.
This guy is annoying in this video.
Like really it's too sunny and not windy enough for a tornado ?
You really want logical scientific explanations for every piece of technology used?
You gonna break down every situation where the physics are wrong?
Why are they throwing each other in fights?
Why does the enemy have metal pins for claws?
Why did they run into each other at the right place and the right time?(it's a movie that's why)
Why does Superman's dad say it's nice to see him grown if he's dead?
We get it... there's holes in the plot, and issues in logic, but somehow it was still entertaining
It's an hour and a half movie and he is mad about every 'convenient' situation that occurs. As if they don't in other movies, or the comics for that matter.
Listen I get it, the plot could have been stronger, the situations could've been more carefully thought out and worked through to be more realistic, but c'mon it's a Superman movie. How serious does it have to take itself exactly?
I guarantee you could do this with movies the same guy considers classic too. Or any movie for that matter.
Out of that 8 minute video it was mostly nitpicking crap.
I'd like to see this guys scripts he wrote, I'm sure they are flawless.
To be fair cinemasins does this for every popular movie that link was a bad example of criticism

The fight scenes were good, but the total destruction along with the lack of concern from Superman about the damage he was causing and the people he was killing while fighting didn't ring true to me. I also really hated the way they wrote Clark's father. Some of the things he said to Clark were ridiculous and his reason for dying made me roll my eyes. It was just hard for me to buy it as a superman film.

Clowns on here will act like Superman is a third tier superhero who doesn't have a large fan base and isn't the second/third most popular superhero in the world. When you mishandle The Superman character in a lifeless movie(a pointless remake of Superman 1/2 for that matter) that stinks and barely makes sense you have to expect blowback

I personally don't like Superman or his movies. My s/n is a pun on something I said on sohh a long time ago, you can disregard that in terms of the conversation. I repeat, you couldn't find a post of mine praising anything superman related. My point is its an action film, unless you don't like the action in it, it isnt all that serious.
I hated it at 1st mainly due to people on the internet, but after I liked it. I blame internet geeks and their over the top hate. All comic book movie have plot holes including the Avengers and The Winter Soldier. One more thing that is off topic, the next person that calls CA:TWS a political thriller needs to kill themselves.

Its a good movie if you called it something else. It just didn't feel like a Superman movie to me.
Dude was punching Zod through all those buildings like Metropolis magically got evacuated in 5 minutes. Pa Kent was retarded, the romance with Lois was so forced and didn't feel natural.
