Battletoads for NES. That HyperJet level was insane. I ended up beating it once but was down to my last life and died on the next level. I played ot on am emulator years later and just save stated my way to victory.

Probably Contra w/o the code or Punch Out.
Oh the X-Men arcade is up there too.
Bro. I had that shyt on PS3. And let me tell you... that shyt. Bro that shyt wasn't meant for you to beat it unless you drop at least a coo $20, and that's if you were nice nice at that shyt.

The last two levels is just droves on droves of high level enemies that fill up the screen constantly while you're flanked by shooting robots on each side.

Then when you get to Magneto, he taking hella damage. His combo is way to fast to fight against, instant knockdown and he can start the combo as soon as you get up. And that's not to mention the energy beam and force field he spams constantly.

I played online w/ like 3 or 4 other people, and we problem ran thru at least $100 worth of credits.

fukk that bytch ass game

Probably Halo 2 Legendary. Especially in PC, where the higher FPS boosts the AI reaction and processing.

I say difficult as that's the only SP game that's had me cussing line a sailor. I've definitely had frustrating moments elsewhere, but not expecting horse shyt around every corner level of frustration.
Those got damn Jackal Snipers.

I beat Halo 1, 2, 3 and Reach on Legendary.

Haven't done that with 4, 5 and Infinite.

Not sure about ODST.

Halo games are the only first person shooters I liked playing their hardest mode.

too many to think of once I seen brehs start going back to the 80s/90s…gonna have to make a list…as far as recently…probably returnal…even tho, it was still a great game…hmm definitely sekiro, demon souls remake, elder ring…all 3 (same company more or less) made me permanently quit the game within an hour or two :mjlol:

I don’t know if I was just too young, or what. shyt used to have me shedding thug tears to no end lol. It would start out all east for like 2-3 minutes then they just bombard you from both sides, in crowds, and you have to punch or kick each individual one. Then you have dudes throwing shyt, plus the bosses smh.

Use the punch button.

Even though the kick Bruce Lee sfx were addictively Infectious.

Great game..no a goat game.

One of the goat original nes ports.

That made the nes legendary and should be mentioned way way more.

I beat this later on when I was an adult on emulators.

Yet when I was a kid.

I never had the bankroll to beat this game.
or fukk with the learning curve.

Plus the game was like the first hood videogame. That no large arcade had it like say gauntlet. When you could buy out an arcade.
for your bday and had unlimited games or tokens to try.

One of the first late gen arcade classics. That is just overlooked.
when it should be given a goat tag.

Another overlooked classic and difficult to beat game.

That was later in the arcade day cycle
That again was never in a large arcade past like great america. To even try to figure out the learning curve. I still wanna play this game on coin-op to this day.
